The "Big Sleep Data" program
Our actions & our advice
More than
a program
The enigma
of sleep at sea.
The Big Sleep Program offers a technological challenge serving sailors.
Measuring remains a challenge, understanding the sleep and fatigue of sailors in 2020 remains an enigma, a mystery.

There are at least 3 reasons to support "Big sleep data"
- Tired sailor = Sailor in danger
- Understanding the extreme to help everyone's health and life, especially in business
- Model and predict fatigue to avoid serious accidents
We finance medical studies
to improve the monitoring and health of athletes.

Innovative measurement system
The development and use of an innovative and specific measurement system using a performance prediction model to individually manage cognitive performance during sleep deprivation should soon be available. It is a matter of helping to rationally prepare the regattas and managing fatigue during the race.
Additional studies must be carried out to refine the methodology and understanding of the mechanisms making the performance prediction reliable, and to increase the accuracy of the prediction. However, these imperfections are not today discriminating in an educational approach since it is indeed from the observation of the dynamics of cognitive performance (evolution and limits) that users of such a tool could take advantage.
